The Latino Digital Archive Group’s new project is entitled Storytelling Sabor: How Latino food practices are shaping America. Latinos are changing the demographics of the country and they are a vital force in our food culture as well. This project will provide opportunities to discuss the history and development of Latino food practices and how the nation’s culture is influenced by them. The long-term goal of the project is to engage the general public in developing a web-based collection of stories about Latino food practices.
