Mi Casa Guadalajara

Mi Casa Guadalajara is located on S Ellsworth Rd, in Queen Creek, AZ. The location used to be home to Rudy's, another Mexican restaurant, before they changed locations in 2016. While Mi Casa Guadalajara is relatively new to Queen Creek, the locals became accustomed to the change quite quickly and welcomed the restaurant into the community. The owner Kristy Sanchez was involved in the family business since she was a teenager and came into ownership of the restaurant when her father passed it down to her. Her first big decision was to move locations, which she reported was a very stressful, but ultimately successful endeavor.

Kristy’s father has been interested in food and cooking for Kristy’s whole life, and although he is now retired, he is still involved in the business and often gives Kristy advice on new menu items. Kristy credits him for passing down his love of cooking to her, and wishes to do the same for her children as well.
